"My name is Jennifer and I am a single mom with 2 kids. I have always wanted to own a home. An american dream that is want everyone wants. So, on my journey to the american dream there were several bumps in the road. O.K, more like driving down a gravel road. I have had my share of bad luck, and poor choices. I was living in an apartment paying $1136.00 a month in rent!! Rent, giving money away so that others would become richer, and I staying the same. I decided that when my lease was up in June of 2008 that I was going to move, move to a house, I was going to buy. I was scared to death at the thought of what my credit score was, or was not. I am not really sure just how I found Davide Brown, I now know that God had a hand in the meeting. In fact I know that He did. I called David and set an appointment, and due to out of control situtions that arise, David called and rescheduled. I was having my credit ran and working on some issues with that anyway and when it was time for the meeting with David, I had to cancel due to my own issues of life. I was beginning to think that maybe God just thinks I need to rent. Oh, how wrong was I. When David Brown and I finally met, it was a sunny spring day with a light breeze as if perfect, picture perfect in fact. I had spoken several times with David regarding just what I wanted, and prices and such. But when I finally sat down with David I was so IMPRESSED !!! David was so nice, and professional, and most of all he was kind. A quaility that is so often lost in this day and time. David spoke to me as if I were the most important person, when his business phone rang, he excused himself took the call and explained to the caller that he was with me, a "buyer". I was so excited, that I was so important to him. David took me to several properties, (9 to 12) and we talked about each one, what I liked, what I would change, what I wanted. This was all about ME, ME, ME. Not the kids, not my parents, not my friends, not my job, nothing just ME. I was told by David that we would go and look at homes again, and keep looking until we found what I wanted and was comfortable with. In just a matter of 4 days---4 DAYS David had found the PERFECT HOUSE for me. I am telling you it is PERFECT, price, location, neighbors, land, EVERYTHING. So, now began to process of buying. Oh my gosh, it this really going to happen? I was way too stressed, however, any question I had were answered, any doubt was dismissed, any issues, any problems, David was right there to be the one to calm, dismiss, answer anything. The process is easy and most of all affordable, and to repeat myself, PERFECT. I would recommend David Brown and Buyer's Soultions to everyone, (well I have), and anyone. David was sent to me by God, and lead to the house that is now MY HOME. I love my house. I wake up each day, and thank both David and God for all that I have because, the best part is that I am on my way to being a land owner, that is the AMERICAN DREAM and I am proud to be a part of that.
